I can be quite shy and never tell people I’m an artist but have now decided that’s done. For me at least. I spent a long time in art school and have a degree in painting to show for it but have always stayed pretty quiet.
If you’re shy but you know you wanna do shit, maybe you’re just kinda… incubating… or something… like I was. And still kind of am. I think that’s okay.
It’s a full-time job psyching myself up/motivating/encouraging myself because other voices can feel so much louder. But I want this to work for me as an outlet and career, so here I am!
